Preparation and Development of Designs and Plans
- Establish design concept. We begin by spending time with the client gathering information and determining their needs and wishes for the space.
- For new construction, remodeling and purchases, we work with a group of talented and professional architects, contractors and vendors to further develop the design plan.
- For resale we offer staging, space planning, and color consultation as well as fully developed renderings of remodeling/construction possibilities.
- Preparation of preliminary layouts (space planning) for review and feedback.
- Preparation of detailed layouts (furniture and fixture plan). (Perspectives and Renderings at additional cost if requested)
- Presentation of purchase recommendations illustrated with photographs, samples and renderings. (Presentation Boards)
- Preparation of specifications for lighting, paint, wall covering, floor covering, and furnishings. (Room Folders)
Purchasing
- Provide precise Specifications, Schedules and Proposals regarding all materials to be used and labor to be performed.
- Preparation of all Purchase Orders.
- Secure all warranties.
- Expedite production. (product tracking)
Project Management/Installation
- Provide all up to date insurance certificates and additionally insured paperwork.
- Manage project in process.
- Scheduling and coordination of deliveries and installations.
